CHILDREN, CANCELLATIONS, YOUR APPOINTMENT, AFTERPAY
Bringing Children:
I understand that sometimes children need to be bought to an appointment, it happens, if this needs to happen please let me know. Also, for the safety and comfort of all clients at the shop we ask that all children be closely monitored and, personal items are the responsibility of the client. Any breakages or damages of clinic items or products will incur a cost to you the client.
Cancellations:
Running a small business is difficult, so i do have a few rules, if you can’t make it let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment, you can also do this yourself via timely, or i will have to charge you the appointment value before you can come back and see us (If its a prepaid appointment or a package you will forfeit the appointment, If you’ve paid a deposit & don’t show your card will be charged the remaining appointment value, this is to discourage no shows. To many no shows & you will be blocked from deals & future bookings.
On The Day Of Your Appointment:
If you’ve gotten this far.....Be prepared for things to get wild, be prepared for brutal honesty, please turn up 5-10 minutes early I really hate running late! If you are having a anything facial done such as HIFU, peels, needling, micro, Please come with no make up on, but if you do it’s ok we’ll take it off with love. Body treatments please just wear loose baggy clothes. If you get sent a consultation form via email, please fill it out prior to your arrival pretty please. Aftercare instructions will be given to you post treatment once you hear them, you’ll never forget them.
What payment methods are accepted? Can I use Afterpay?
We accept multiple payment methods, including Cash, Visa and Mastercard. Additionally, we offer the convenience of Afterpay instore only, enabling you to transform your body now and pay later.
